A major reorganization has been done in the scripts directory, moving files into categorized subdirectories. When installing Warp after the update, the old installation needs to be completely removed. The old Warp would have been installed in site-packages (to find this directory, start python and type "import sys;print sys.path", and look through the list for site-packages (it'll be toward the end)). Be sure to completely remove warp, i.e. "rm -rf site-pacages/warp*". You will also need to remove all of the build directories, by doing "make cleanall" in pywarp90, before installing.
Your input files may need to be updated if you directly import any scripts from Warp. As an example, "import env_match" will need to be changed to "from warp.envelope import env_match".
Warp must now be installed into site-packages. This is now the default action of the makefiles.
The goal of this wiki is to provide useful instruction and examples showing how to use the Warp code.
